  3. Heat oil for frying in a kadai or pan on a medium flame. Fry the pakoras till the pakoras become golden and crisp. Remove the pakoras with a spoon and place on kitchen towel.
  4. In a bowl or plate take 3-4 pakoras. Top up with the green chutney. Then top up with the grated radish and chopped Coriander leaves. Squeeze some lemon juice and sprinkle some chaat masala.
  5. Serve hot.
