This is more a bread then a sweet cake. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Beat eggs and sugar together until creamy.

Instructions to make Rose and cardamom loaf:
  1. Preheat an oven @180 degree,line,grease and dust a loaf tin with butter and flour.
  2. In a bowl shift together flour,baking powder,baking soda,rose powder,cardamom powder and salt. Keep aside.
  3. In another bowl on medium high speed beat together condensed milk,eggs,butter,vanilla extract and rose extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the shifted ingredients to the wet ingredients and gently fold through.
  5. Add a few drops of colour (if using) and mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
  6. Pour the batter in the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven for 40 - 45 minutes until done or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  7. Remove to a cooling rack.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes and gently remove the cake from tin.Continue cooling for a few minutes before slicing.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Add the egg whites, rose water and ground cardamom and mix until combined. Add the brown butter little by little, mixing well each time, to ensure it is combined well. Spoon the mixture equally into a mini loaf tin, muffin pan, or friand tin. Cardamom and rose is a wonderful combination in this delightful, creamy cheesecake. Rosewater varies in strength, so be sure to taste as you add.
