Steps to make Rose Kheer:

  4. Keep stirring often to prevent burning keep the flame on low to medium.
  5. Cook until rice and sago are soft and slighty musy.
  6. Lower the flame and cook until the kheer thicknes.add nuts and cardamom powder stir and cook for 5 min.
  7. Switch off the stove.it thickness upon cooling down,now add ruhfja sharbat and mix it well.
  8. Serve it in a glass and add 1 tsp soaked sabja seeds each glass and garnish with pista.
