- Scoop out pulp into a bowl with a tablespoon
- Throw away seed and skin
- Cut/mash Avocado pulp with fork & sprinkle and bit of lime a pinch of salt (PREVENTS AVOCADO PULP FROM TURNING BROWN)
- Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge - till ready to serve
- WHEN READY TO SERVE Add cut tomatoes, onions & chillis - and a little more salt (and pepper) to taste
- Serve with Nachos Hot chips - or by itself
