  1. For Manchurian Balls - In a bowl add chopped vegetables, chopped ginger, add Maida, cornflour and make small balls. Set aside.
  2. In a wok heat oil and fry the balls until golden in colour. Set aside
  3. For gravy - In a wok heat oil, add chopped ginger and garlic, chopped green chillies and stir for 1 min. Add chopped coriander leaves, chopped spring onions and stir for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add soya sauce, vegetable stock and cornstarch mixed in water. Stir. Add the fried Manchurian Balls.
  5. Let the gravy thicken a little bit. Set aside.
  6. Enjoy with fried rice or steamed rice hot.
