  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and once it is hot enough, cover the thinly sliced lauki in besan paste and fry it until golden. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it once you’ve done the playing.
  4. Serve hot with chutney or sauce

Add gram flour, rice flour, onion, garlic, green chillies, asafoetida, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and salt.
