  2. Take 1 can mango flavored condense milk (or plain condense milk then add pure mango juice)
  3. Make ready 4 packs Knox unflavored Gelatin melt in 1 cup of cold water
  4. Take 1 can Evaporated milk (big)
  5. Make ready 4 fresh mangoes (chop to pieces)
Instructions to make Sambo Mango:
  1. Melt 4 packs of of Knox in 1 cup cold water.
  2. Mix Nestle cream and mango condensed milk in a pan under low fire for 10 mins.
  3. Add Evaporated milk. Taste to adjust desired sweetness.
  4. Place the mixture in a container then add mango pieces. Spread out the mangoes across the container and let it cool.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
