  2. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Press the the sushi rice firmly into the baking dish using your hands. (Lightly spray your hands to prevent rice to sticking to your hands)
  3. Shake desired amount of Furikake on top of the rice.
  4. Spread your crab meat evenly ontop of the rice, pressing down with the back of your spoon.
  5. Sprinkle more furikake on top of the crab meat mixture.
  6. Place in a 350⁰F oven for 10min
  7. Once out of oven drizzle with sriracha and more Japanese mayo.
  8. Serve immediately with nori.

The idea behind Sushi Bake is that it's deconstructed sushi that's baked in a pan or casserole. It's a ginormous flattened out sushi, made with a layer of fluffy Japanese rice, baked and shredded fish. Finish by adding the rest of the roe and more furikake.
