  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in tadka pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt & hot oil, mix well.

  11. Grind garlic, ginger & dry coconut to a smooth paste.
  12. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, let them crackle.
  13. Add cumin seeds, let them crackle.
  14. Add curry leaves, chopped onion. Saute until turns trasculent.
  15. Add chopped tomatoes & saute till the tomatoes soften.
  16. Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, chopped potatoes.
  17. Cover the pan with lid cook until potatoes are half cooked
  18. Add ginger garlic coconut paste, all masales & salt. mix well.
  19. Add water as per consistency of gravy & boil it on sim till it cooks well.
  20. For Masalebhat
  21. Clean and wash the rice, drain and keep aside
  22. Wash green peas also & keep aside
  23. In a mixer grind ginger garlic & coconut to a smooth paste.
  24. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, let them crackle.
  25. Add cumin seeds, let them crackle.
  26. Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves & green peas and mix well.
  27. Cover the pan with lid and cook until the peas soften.
  28. Add rice, all masales, salt and mix until the rice is well coated.
  29. Add 6 cups of boiled water.
  30. Add tomatoes, cashews & sugar.
  31. Cover the pan with lid & cook until rice is done.
  32. For Koshimbir
  33. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients together and mix well.
