  14. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  15. Get 1 inch piece ginger
  16. Get 1-2 finely chopped green chilli
  17. Make ready 1 tbsp soya sauce
  18. Make ready 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  19. Make ready 1/2-1 tsp chilli sauce
  20. Prepare 1 cup vegetable stalk
  21. Make ready 1/2-1 tsp sugar
  22. Take 2 pinch ajinomoto
  23. Take Salt as per taste
  24. Take 1 tsp vinegar
  25. Take 1 tbsp green coriander
Instructions to make Vegetable Manchurian🍛:
  1. Boil all the grated vegetables
  2. Strain all water from the vegetables and keep the stock
  3. Add chopped green chillies, black pepper soya sauce, ajinomoto, green coriander leaves and salt in the boiled vegetables mix all the ingredients well
  4. Make small balls out of the mixture and place them in a plate
  5. Add oil in a pan. Now add 1 manchurian ball for frying to check whether it splatters or not. If the balls splatters then add 1 to 2 tbsp corn flour more. Add as much Manchurian balls in the pan as possible at one time and cook Till they get golden brown colour
  6. Now for making manchurian sauce take oil in a pan add Ginger, green chilli, soya sauce and tomato sauce cook for while
  7. Add vegetable stalk in the corn flour and mix until all lumps get dissolved. Add this mixture in the pan when it starts to boil add Green Chilli sauce, sugar, salt, ajinomoto and green coriander leaves. When it starts boiling reduce the flame to minimum and cook for 2 minutes more. Add Manchurian balls in the gravy and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes
