- First we cook rice and keep aside
- Take a pan pour oil,ginger garlic paste and saute
- Then we add veggie stirr fry for 5 mints.
- Then add rice and mix well add soy sauce and chilli sauce and salt to taste.
- Method for Manchurian:
- Take all veggies chopped and grated in a bowl add dry ingredients corn flour and mix well.
- Make small balls from the dough and deep fry it till they turns golden brown. Keep aside.
- Now we make gravy for Manchurian
- In another bowl take 1 tsp corn flour and water mix well and keep aside.
- Heat oil in pan add 4 tsp chopped onions,1tsp finely chopped ginger and garlic.
- Stirr fry on medium flame till the onion turn translucent
- Now mix sauses add water add corn flour paste again bowl.
- Boil for 5 mints then add manchurian balls in it
- Gently stir and coat the veg Manchurian balls in gravy.
- Serve hot with veg fried rice
