- Heat the pan,add oil chana daal, mustard seeds, sliced onion, dried red chillies.
- Add mashed potatoes.Add all the above spices. Mix it well.Add 2tbsp water.
- Cook it for 3to. 4 minutes in low flame. Turn off the flame. Stuffing is ready.
- Make the batter of soaked rice and urad daal in a blender.keep it for ferment overnight.
- Add crushed Fenugreek seeds and salt.Add water as per required.
- Grease the Tawa with oil and spread Dosa batter on it till golden brown. Flip it.
- Spread stuffed potato over it. Crispy Masala Dosa is ready to serve with Sambhar and Chutney.
