  6. Take ๐Ÿ“Œ1 tsp : Butter ๐Ÿ“Œ5 tbsp : Fresh Coriander

Instructions to make Spicy_Lamb_Karahi

#Karahi_Ghost:

  1. ๐Ÿ“Clean and wash the lamb. Put the lamb in a pot and add onion, salt, red chilli powder into it with half cup of water. Let it cook on a low flame for 40 minutes.
  2. ๐Ÿ“Put oil in wok and add cumin seeds, crushed red chilli, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, ginger and garlic along with very little water. Fry it for a minute and add cooked lamb into it.
  3. ๐Ÿ“Fry it for a while, then add yoghurt into it. After yoghurt gets absorbed, add two tomatoes (chopped) and two green chillies and stir for a while.
  4. ๐Ÿ“At the end, add dried methi, one tomato (sliced thin round), one green chilli (lenght-wise sliced), one cup of water and fresh coriander into it.
  5. Put it on a very low flame for 10 minutes. It's ready to serve after this.
  6. Serve it hot naan
