- Stir in all vegetables
- Stir in sausage and bacon

- Top the mixture with mozzarella
- Sprinkle scallions on top of mozzarella
- Place pan in middle of oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the egg is set
- Turn up the oven to broil (or 500F) and finish for a couple of minutes until cheese is slightly brown
- Remove from oven and let sit for 3-5 minutes
