  1. Boil one glass of water in a saucepan. Add rice falooda sev and boil them for 5 minutes. Then drain out the excess water.
  2. Now grate raw turmeric, chop the dried fruits and crush the cardamom.
  3. Heat a pan, add condensed milk and normal milk and when it starts boiling, add grated turmeric and crushed cardamom. Keep stirring. Cook for a few mins, remove from flame and let it cool down completely.
  4. Now in a separate bowl, mix the above prepared condensed milk mixture and yakult together.
  5. In a glass bowl, transfer boiled rice falooda sev and pour the prepared mixture of yakult and condensed milk.
