- Method - For Manchurian Balls:- - Shred 2 cups of cabbage and half cup of carrots, to this add chopped capsicum. - - Now squeeze the water from all Veggies and discard the water. In a bowl add squeezed Veggies, ginger garlic green chilli paste, Salt as per taste, red chilli powder and all-purpose flour.
- Make balls and deep fry on high flame all the balls first, take it out on tissue paper and again deep fry second time all the Manchurian Balls on low flame untill they are crunchy. Keep all the Manchurian Balls on tissue paper
- For Manchurian Gravy - Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onions, chopped ginger garlic, chopped spring onions, chopped capsicum, stir on high flame, add all the sauces (soy sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup) let the mixture boil then add half tsp salt and make a slurry of cornflour and water, add cornflour slurry in gravy again let it boil for 2-4 mins. Add half teaspoon of vinegar. Add all the Manchurian Balls cook for another 2-3 mins.
