- Marinate the fish head with salt and half of the turmeric powder.
- Heat some mustard oil in a wok and deep fry them and break them into small pieces. Keep it aside
- Boil the cabbage in a pressure cooker upto 1 whistle. Keep it aside
- In the same oil in the wok, add the bay leaves, cumin seeds and saute it for sometime.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and then add the ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and green chillies paste and saute it very well.
- Add the boiled cabbage and add some salt as per your taste. Mix it well.
- Cover it with a lid in a medium flame.
- After 10min, uncover it and add the fried fish head.
- Mix it well and saute it untill the moisture dissapears and the cabbage is fried properly.
- Add the garam masala powder, sugar and ghee. Mix it well.
- Remove it from the flame and serve hot.
