Steps to make Vegetable Manchurian Rice:
  1. To prepare Manchurian balls, combine finely chopped cabbage, carrot,finely chopped capsicum, add salt per taste mix well and take out the access water then add chopped green chilli,chopped ginger, chopped garlic green chilli sauce, salt, refined flour, cornstarch and mix. Add some water and knead well.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a pan
  3. Deep-fry each ball in hot oil on low heat till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper
  4. To prepare Manchurian rice, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion and sauté for a minute. shredded cabbage, capsicum juliennes, chop beans,chop green chilli. Cook for one minute
  5. Add cooked,chilli sauce, Schezwan Fired Rice Masala, Ajinomoto,Add salt per taste,Add venegar.cook for one minute
  6. And spread evenly on top of prepared Manchurian balls and cook for a minute. Mix well
  7. Finely chop coriander sprigs, add to pan alongwith spring onion greens. Switch off heat and mix well
