Instructions to make Tandoori Tarts:
- For the marination in a bowl take all the ingredients for marination & mix well, add salt to it & again mix well, then add baby corn, potato & paneer & mix well & let it rest for 30min in the fridge.
- Then in a oven tray place foil paper over it, bake the baby corn first over 220°c for 15min.
- Then bake the potatoes over 220°c for 15min.
- The bake the paneer over 200°c for 10min.
- In a tart shell place green chutney in the bottom, place each piece of tandoori vegetables & paneer, garnish with sour cream & serve.
