  3. Get 2 cups Flour

  7. Take 1 pinch Salt (don't add if the butter salted)
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Vanilla essence

  10. Get 2 Eggs
  11. Get 70 gms Powdered sugar
  12. Take 1 - 1/4 cup Hot water
  13. Get 125 ml Fresh milk
  14. Take 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  15. Make ready 1 pinch Salt
Steps to make Egg Tart:
  1. Beat the butter with an electric blender till creamy
  2. Add sugar to it and beat again
  3. Add egg and beat
  4. Add vanilla essence and salt
  5. Sieve the flour and add to the butter and beat
  6. Mix it well with hands and make a dough
  7. Make small balls out of it
  8. Push each ball in a metallic muffin cup, give it's shape with fingers, cut the excess if anything comes out above
  9. Prick the base with a fork
  10. For the filling dissolve sugar in the hot water and cool down
  11. Beat egg milk vanilla essence salt with a hand whisk
  12. Add sugar solution to it
  13. Sieve it through a mash
  14. Pour it in the unbaked tart shells and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 16-20 mins
  15. I have decorated them with cherries chocolate chips and almonds
