- Prepare 500 gms bottle gourd
- Take 150 gms khoya
- Take 250 gms sugar
- Get 1 tsp cardamom powder
- Get 1 tsp rose water
- Prepare 1 tsp clarified butter

- Peel bottle gourd and grate and put into water
- Boil water in deep pan add grated bottle gourd(before adding strain water) and give one boil, transfer immediately to strainer. Remove excess water by squeezing bottle gourd.
- Heat thick bottom pan add khoya and roast till it leaves pan and keep aside.
- In same pan add bottle gourd and sugar mix and stir occasionally on medium flame till water evaporate.(Take ½ tsp mixture make ball if done then proceed another step, if not then stir for more 2-3 minutes)
- Now add khoya, cardamom powder, rose water and clarified butter stir constantly for 5 minutes and transfer to greased plate. Cool completely and cut into desired shape.
