Instructions to make Fanta Cake:
  1. Grease the baking tin, line it with baking paper and keep it aside. - Preheat the oven at 180°
  2. Sift maida and baking powder two times and keep it aside.
  3. Add oil, vanilla essence and milkmaid in a big mixing bowl and whisk it for 1-2 minutes or till well incorporate.
  4. Start adding maida and baking powder mixture.. and fanta in 2-3 batches and mix it well (you don't have to over mix it, just make sure that all things are nicely mixed together).
  5. Transfer the cake batter into the lined cake mould and bake it in preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes. - Let it cool down completely.
  6. Demold it and dust some powdered sugar over it with the help of strainer. Slice it and your fanta cake is ready to serve.
