Instructions to make Mirinda cake:
- Seive maida and keep aside
- In a large bowl take butter condensed milk and powder sugar mix with wired whisk
- Add curd,baking powder and baking soda mix well with light hand
- Add little by litte maida and mix nicely then add mirinda and make a lump free batter
- Pre heat oven at 180°c
- Grease a cake tin dust with maida, pour the batter sprinkle maida coated tuti fruity and nuts
- Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C on convection mode
- My cake tin was small some batter remained so i made 4 muffins too with the same batter
