Instructions to make Mirinda cake:
  1. Seive maida and keep aside
  2. In a large bowl take butter condensed milk and powder sugar mix with wired whisk
  3. Add curd,baking powder and baking soda mix well with light hand
  4. Add little by litte maida and mix nicely then add mirinda and make a lump free batter
  5. Pre heat oven at 180°c
  6. Grease a cake tin dust with maida, pour the batter sprinkle maida coated tuti fruity and nuts
  7. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C on convection mode
  8. My cake tin was small some batter remained so i made 4 muffins too with the same batter
