- Prepare 1 .Yellow garri

- For the eba.., Put enough water in a pot and boil, then and in your yellow garri and mix well until well combined and sticky.
- Cover and allow to steam for 5 mins under low heat,then off the heat, mix again and put in a leather
- For the okra soup.. Fry little oil and palm oil then add scothbonnet & garlic,keep on stirring for 2 mins
- Add meat broth or normal water, then add your spices and seasonings. Cover and allow it to boil
- Add in your grated or blended okra, whisk carefully to avoid lumps, allow it to cook for 2-3 mins and it's done π
- Serve your eba with the okra soup and stew.Enjoy π
- Note.. You can add meat, chicken, fish e.t.c to your okra soup and you can add or omit any spice and seasoning
