Method: grate the bottle gourd add salt a lil salt n keep aside for ten min i mean while onion tomatoes coriander leaves keep aside squeeze the xcess water from the grated gourd to that add besan flour lil ginger paste chopped chillies coriander leaves salt n mix well and make balls out of it- deep fry for three min or so for the curry add ghee add wholesome spices t fry onion till pink add. For Kofta: Wash, peel the skin, cut open, remove the spongy tissue from inside and grate the bottle gourd flesh. Place the grated bottle gourd in a colander and sprinkle little salt over it. Kofta is deep fried balls prepared with minced vegetable or meat.

Instructions to make Bottle gourd kofta:
  1. Firstly peel bottle guard And grated it now add gram flour salt, red chilli powder And mix it and make small ball from it
  2. Now take a wok add oil And heat it now fry all balls in it
  3. Now grind onions and tomato, green chilli now take another wok add 1/2 Tbs oil And fry onion, tomato paste in it now add kofta balls And add water boil it for 5 minutes
  4. Serve it with chapatti

Lauki kofta is vegetarian version of Kofta. It is prepared with lauki/ bottle gourd. Round balls is prepared with grated lauki, gram flour and spices.
