  5. With fine sieve, strain the lemon filling in to a bowl, using a rubber spatula to press it through. The tarts should be ready by now so you can remove them from the oven.
  6. Change the oven temperature to 400°F. Spoon the lemon filling into the tart shells and place back in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes
