- Prepare 1/2 cup Almonds (Chopped)
- Prepare 1/2 cup Pistachios (Chopped)

- Coarsely grind the dates and keep that aside.
- Heat the pan, dry roast poppy seeds and remove.
- Melt the ghee fry edible gum until puffy, remove from the ghee and crush.
- Add almonds, pistachios and cashews fry for 2 to 3 mins and then add roasted poppy seeds.
- Add nutmeg powder cardamom powder & gum powder, mix well. - Now add dates, mix well. Let it cool down.
- Grease your palms take some mixture and roll into a ball.
