- Fry Gond in Ghee; when it swells remove from stove and crush.
- In remaining Ghee add more Ghee and fry flour, bhoonify and stir continuously that flour becomes smooth and you can smell good fragrance
- Remove from stove and add crushed Gond. Add sugar and jaggery(melted), khoya, all dry fruits and coconut and stir hard so each and everything gets mixed.
- Grease pan and soread evenly on pan. Mark with knife and garnish with dry fruits.
- Let this to cool. Better to leave for overnight.
