  1. Make ready 1 packet Maggi
  2. Make ready 2 tsp Oil
  3. Make ready 1 Onion
  4. Get Handful Green peas
  5. Prepare 1/2 Capsicum
  6. Prepare 1 Tomato
  7. Get to taste Salt
  8. Get as needed Water
  9. Make ready 1 packet Maggi masala
Instructions to make Vegetable Noodles:
  1. Chop all the vegetables (onion,capsicum,green chilli,tomato)nicely
  2. Take a pan add oil to it.Once the oil is heated put green chillies,onion and capsicum to it.Fry it until the colour chamges.
  3. Now add green peas to it.fry it for 2-3minutes.Add choppee tomatoes to it.Saute it for 1minute.
  4. Now add a pinch of salt to it.
  5. Mix it well and add maggi masala to the vegetables.
  6. One the masala is absorbed by the vegetables add 2cups of water to the vegetables and bring it to a boil.
  7. Once the water starts boiling add raw maggi to it and cook ut for 3-4minutes.
  8. Now the maggi will absorb the water and it will come out nicely.
  9. Serve it with ketchup
