Instructions to make Vegetable Noodles:
- Chop all the vegetables (onion,capsicum,green chilli,tomato)nicely
- Take a pan add oil to it.Once the oil is heated put green chillies,onion and capsicum to it.Fry it until the colour chamges.
- Now add green peas to it.fry it for 2-3minutes.Add choppee tomatoes to it.Saute it for 1minute.
- Now add a pinch of salt to it.
- Mix it well and add maggi masala to the vegetables.
- One the masala is absorbed by the vegetables add 2cups of water to the vegetables and bring it to a boil.
- Once the water starts boiling add raw maggi to it and cook ut for 3-4minutes.
- Now the maggi will absorb the water and it will come out nicely.
- Serve it with ketchup
