  3. Now add the salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder,coriander powder, jeera powder and tamarind extract to mixing bowl or plate & mix to get a paste..if the mixture is too thick then sprinkle some water to achieve the right consistency.
  4. Now add the yam to the paste & marinate for 5 minutes
  5. Then heat a tawa,sprinkle oil…deep this yam with semolina..coat form both the side..roast them on a medium-low flame until u get golden brown colour..keep flipping at regular intervals
  6. Serve hot as a side or as an appetizer
