The ingredients needed to make Gond Pak:
  1. Prepare gm Edible gum (gond)250
  2. Prepare 250 gm Sugur
  3. Prepare 250 gm Ghee
  4. Make ready cup Semolina(sooji)1/2
  5. Get Wheat flour(Aataa)1/2cup
  6. Take Poppy seeds (khash khash)tblsp
  7. Take Nuts according to your taste i used pistachios and almonds
Instructions to make Gond Pak:
  1. Fry nuts in ghee crushed them keep aside
  2. In the same ghee fry gond and crush it immediately
  3. Again using the same ghee fry wheat flour until it's turn out golden brown and fragment add semolina and Poppy seeds. Mix them well and fry at least for 10 to 15 minutes
  4. Turn off the stove and add gond nuts. Mix well and add sugur to it. Mix well again
  5. Gond pak is ready. Store it in a air tight jar and enjoy with warm milk, tea or coffee.
