- Grate dry coconut crush the dry dates and make rough powder in mixer & keep it aside. Fry edible gum in heated ghee on low flame. Roast Poppy seeds & garden cress seeds (if you get) (gardencress available online) then make cardamom powder.
- Melt the jaggery on low flame, put all ingredients in one big utensil & pour melted jaggery, add little ghee, mix well & prepare laddoo s with the mixture. Apply ghee to both hands & prepare laddoo. this is healthy laddoo
