Steps to make Tamarind chutney:
- Take water in a vessel add tamarind and jaggery in it boil for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
- Now add a pinch of salt, red chilli powder and jeera in it. Boiled it for 2 more minutes.
- Off the gas flame. Let it cool down or till lukewarm. Sieve it in another bowl. Enjoy it with pani puri, dahi vada, kachori, samosa, etc..
