- In all purpose flour add baking powder and add this mix in yeast water and knead the soft dough
- Now cover it and put a side for about 2hours or until double in size
- Now cut it into 4 and take one portion and roll it about 1/8cm thick
- Now cut it with the help a cutter in small disc
- Apply some oil on it and fold like this
- Give them another 10 min for 2nd proffing
- Now take a pan and fill water into it for steaming
- Place a basket into it and steam the pan and then place buns and steame on high flame for 13min
- After 13min take out bun from steaming pan
- Make all buns and prepare with stuffing
- Prepare all buns with stuffing and enjoy it
