- Get 180 gm Sago Pearls
- Get 1/2 cup Beetroot Puree

- Soak sago for 1/2 an hour in water and drain overnight or(4-5 hrs) in a mash or in a strainer.
- Heat ghee in a pan add hing, cumin seeds, mustard seeds saute till splutter add slitted green chilli, stir.
- Add beetroot puree mix add the drained sago stir lightly with the puree when it get mixed totally add fried peanuts and fried potato dices sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Finish with finely chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and lemon juice stir gently.
- Serve hot with whisked masala yoghurt.
