  5. For filling.take 1cup milk,add custard powder,corn flour and mix it let this mixture to boil.then add sugar in it and cook it untill it becomes thick in consistency.as shown in picture.
  6. Now add custard filling in white side of qatayef and brown side should be out. close it half with the help of fingers.as shown in picture.
  7. Repeat with all.

  9. Make sugar syrup. add 1/2 cup of sugar and 3/4 cup water in pan bring it to boil then add 2 lemon slice and 1tbsp of rose water in it.when it becomes thick in consistency.remove it from flame.
  10. Add sugar syrup on the top while serving…. sprinkle chopped pistachios..
