- Heat some ghee in a pan and fry some of edible gum at a time on medium low flame until it puff up completely.
- Take out the edible gum in plate.let it cool down completely. Crush them coarsely with hand.
- Heat the remaining ghee in a same pan on low flame. Add wheat flour roast it till it becomes golden brown and aromat.
- Switch off the gas. Let it cool down.
- Now add jaggery, all dry fruits powder, edible gum and cardamom powder to the wheat flour. Mix well.
- Grease your palm and make a ladoo. While making a ladoo you can add ghee if required. Store it in air tight container.
