  11. Add curd in the slow flame.add kaju & water melon seeds paste.
  12. Fry all things very well.add chopped coriander.pour 2 cup of water.
  13. Lid pressure pan. Cook it 10 minutes in high flame,then cook 5 minutes in slow flame.remove it from the flame.
  14. Keep it a side.let it cool.
  15. Now make a smokey tempring for the mutton.take a small pan add ghee let it hot add chopped garlic & 2 clove,Fry it till brown.add this tempring in the mutton.lid it for 10 miniutes.
  16. Now serve it in a platter.garnish it with mint leaves.
  17. It is full meals.it can be taken any type of chapatis or parantha.
  18. Serve it with lime,& onion rings.
  19. It has a smoked aroma.full of nutritions.
