Transfer the powdered rice in to a large mixing bowl. Fry flattened rice/atukulu in a tea spoon of ghee until their color turns to reddish. Steps to make Sesame and flatten rice laddu:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry flatten rice. Let it cool down completely. Crush with hands to form a coarse powder.
- Now in a big mixing bowl, take roasted wheat flour, powdered sesame, powdered peanuts, powdered sugar mix it well and keep it aside.
- Now heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and fry edible gum on medium flame till it puffed up well. Now crush it little bit in a mortar and pestle. Mix it with sesame mixture.
- Now add in the crushed flatten rice to this mixture, and mix well.
- Now melt 1 cup ghee in a pan and pour it over the mixture of sesame, flatten rice and edible gum, add dry fruits and elaichi powder.
- Mix everything very well and make lemon sized laddus.
