- Take 4 sticks Spring Onions (chopped)
- Prepare 1/2 cup Carrots thinly sliced
- Take 1 cup Cabbage thinly sliced
- Get 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper thinly sliced
- Prepare 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced
- Take 1/4 cup Orange Bell Pepper thinly sliced
- Prepare 1 Tsp Black Pepper powder
- Take 1 Tbsp Light Soya Sauce
- Make ready 1 Tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
- Prepare 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
- Make ready 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce/ Sriracha Sauce
- Prepare 4 Tbsp Spring Onions
Instructions to make Vegetable Chili Garlic Noodle Spring Roll:
- Boil water in a big pan. Add Oil, Salt and Noodles to boiling water. - Let it boil for 10 -15 minutes or till the noodles are cooked 90%. Turn off the flame, strain the noodles and wash in cold water. Apply some oil on your hands and run it through the noodles. Keep it aside.
- Heat pan on high heat. Add Sesame Oil and let it warm a little. Don't heat it too much. Add Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Green Chillies and Onions. Mix well and Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Spring Onions Bulbs and Cook for 2 more minutes. Add Carrots and Cabbage and cook till you see cabbage is cooked. It should get soft. Add Bell Pepper Mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more minutes.
- Add Boiled Noodles and Mix everything well. Add Black Pepper Powder, Soya Sauce, Vinegar and Chilli Sauce. Mix all ingredients well.
- For the dough. Knead the ingredients together to form a dough.
- For Spring Rolls - Place one wrap on a flat surface. - Add and spread some noodles on the wrap.Leave some room on the sides. - Fold in the sides and roll. - Once you reach the end, put some batter on the edges and roll. this will help seal the edges. - Repeat the process for all rolls and keep aside.
- For Shallow Frying. - Heat some oil until medium hot. - Add spring rolls and fry on both sides until golden brown. - Garnish with Spring Onion Greens and Serve with hot sauce
