- Prepare 2 TeaspoonS Ghee/Clarified Butter

- Get 1 pinch Asafoetida/Hing
- Take 2 Dry Red ChilliES
- Get Handful Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions to make Instant Rasam Tea:
- Take a grinder jar and add cumin seeds, black pepper powder, garlic, curry leaves and grind it to make a fine powder. Now add chopped tomato, tamarind. Grind it again to make a smooth paste. - Transfer the paste to a vessel or a pan, add water to it. Mix well and boil the rasam.
- PREPARING THE TADKA:- Meanwhile, prepare the tadka. Heat ghee in a tadka pan. - Add mustard seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida, dry red chilli. - Once the rasam is boiled, pour the tadka, salt amd mix well.
