Instructions to make Lemon Ginger Rasam:
- To a mixer Jar add jeera, pepper, garlic, green chilli, red chilli, ginger and few curry leaves.Coarse grind it. Cook the toor dhal in a cooker with water for 2 whistle.
- To a kadai add oil then mustard, asofoetida and curry leaves.
- Now add the mixture to it. Saute for few sec.Then add the pasted tomato.Saute it for a min.
- Add dhal with water and mix well.Then add turmeric powder, salt, jaggery mil it well.
- Wait for it to boil then turn off. Now squeeze the lemon and mix it well. It's ready now.
