- Add besan, salt, baking soda in a bowl. Add water. Make thick batter using required water.
- Peel of potatoes, mash it finely. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Combine all.
- Make lemon size balls
- Now Heat appe pan on gas on medium flame. Grease each section with oil.
- Dip one by one potato balls in besan batter. & place it in appe pan. Cook it on slow flame until inner side golden.
- Now turn side & again cook it on slow flame until golden brown. If you want crispy drizzle oil on edges.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
