- In a wok add 2 tbsp desi ghee & add wheat flour 1 cup. And cook it until oil comes up. Then take out in other plate
- In a wok put 2 tbsp. & fry gum (gond) in it and crushed it & set aside
- In a wok add 1 cup jiggery (also add small amount of water to dissolve jiggery) and cook it until jiggery become dissolve and bubbles coms up.
- Then add crushed edible gum, crushed dry fruits, poppy seeds roast powder,desiccated coconuts
- Cooked wheat flour paste, and Cardamom Powder.
- Mix it together.Then Spread on greased platter level properly.
- Garnish with chopped dry fruit and edible gum. Cut into square pieces.
