Steps to make Cherry Cupcakes:
- Direction:- - ▪︎In a bowl, add eggs,gradually add granulated sugar and beat it well until becomes light and fluffy. - ▪︎Add oil, vanilla essence and beat it well. - ▪︎After that, sieve the plain flour, baking powder, salt and gradually add milk in it & fold it well to make a batter smooth and no lumps left. - ▪︎Take the baking tray and Pour the batter into the cupcake linings and filling them about 3/4 full. - ▪︎Bake for 20 to 25 mins in a preheated Pan (Pateela) on low to medium flame. - OR
- Bake for 20 to 25 mins in a preheated oven(15 mins) at 180°c until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. - ▪︎Allow cupcakes to sit for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack. - - Cherry sauce: - ▪︎Add cherries and sugar in a pan. - ▪︎Cook for 10 mins on low flame. - ▪︎After that, turn off the flame, blend it well to make a thick sauce. Cool down the sauce. - ▪︎Then insert the cupcake filling nozzel in piping bag and add cherry sauce in it.
