  7. Take 3 tbsp ghee

Steps to make Rava ladoo:
  1. In a kadhai, add 1 tbsp ghee, fry the cashews and raisins. I powdered the fried cashews.(optional). Then fry the rava in the same ghee till golden brown in colour.
  2. In a bowl, add the roasted rava, desiccated coconut, powdered sugar, powdered cashews, cardamom powder and the remaining ghee. Mix gently and to this add little milk as a binding agent. Mix it well to form a dough. Make small balls. Rava ladoo is ready!!!
