It can be consumed as it is and is generally given to children and adults when they. Smash tomatoes, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger, rasam powder, hing & salt by hand nicely. - Any mixie jar add tomatoes, ginger garlic, tamarind, coriander, green chilli, curry leaves, now grind them into a fine paste.

- Now add the salt and jaggery to the mixture and let it boil for 15 minutes.
- Add the pepper powder and boil for 5 more minutes.
- For tempering, heat another pan and add oil, mustard seeds,cumin seeds. once they splutter add grated coconut and sesame seed powder. give it a nice stir and add this tempering to the rasam.
- After adding seasoning to the rasam let it boil for 10 more minutes. now switch off the flame and serve hot with rice or Idli or Pongal.
