Steps to make Focaccia:

  3. It doesn't have to rise a second time, so when you are done with the topping, and the oven has reached the right temperature, bake it for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Enjoy!

The name focaccia is derived from the Roman panis focacius, meaning "hearth bread", referring to the fact that focaccia was traditionally.
