- Take a another pan, add jaggery. Cook it well till it gets bubbly.
- Grease the thali according to your ingredients. Meanwhile add roasted wheat flour in jaggery syrup. Mix it well and spread it on the plate.
- Take a another flat surface type of katori. Don't go for complete smooth surface as we have added gum in that.
