- In a pan put oil heat it then add garlic,Ginger and onion and fry for 1minutes…
- Add all the vegetables fry for 5 minutes pin add soya sauce red chilli sauce tomato sauce and salt to taste fry for 1 minutes in the high flame then add water 5 cups become boil then you can add vinegar.
- After you can add corn flour liquid (2 tsp corn flour & 1/2 cup Water)mix well the corn flour liquid is ready you can add in the soup and boil for 5 minutes..
- Veg Manchow soup is ready.. garnish with spring onions green and coriander leaves…
